There is a great deal more that Window Eyes can do.  Please take the time to read the Window Eyes manual, and get other tutorials regarding your operating system and/or application.  Regardless, it will take time and commitment on your part to fully understand those concepts of most importance to you.  Simply take it one step at a time.
