GW Micro - Developer's Corner :: Flash

Format this page for printing

Flash is a very visual medium, and blindness is not. It is, therefore, vital for Flash developers to remember at least one thing: screen reader users do not use the mouse. Granted, Window-Eyes has mouse support that provide an alternative method of accessing information on the screen, but when developing Flash objects, it is critical that keyboard input be the primary focus for accessibility needs.
